Indonesia Negara Tercantik Alami di Dunia

Indonesia Dinobatkan Jadi Negara Tercantik Alami di Dunia, Apa Sebabnya?

13/02/2022, 17:30 WIB

Dilansir Time Out, Kamis (10/2/2022), Indonesia berhasil mengungguli sejumlah negara dunia lain, termasuk Selandia Baru dan Perancis.

Ratu Boko

Ratu Boko (Javanese: Ratu Baka) or Ratu Boko Palace is an archaeological site in Java. Ratu Boko is located on a plateau, about three kilometres south of Prambanan temple complex in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

The original name of this site is still unclear, however the local inhabitants named this site after King Boko, the legendary king mentioned in Roro Jonggrang folklore. In Javanese, Ratu Boko means "Stork King".

The site covers 16 hectares in two hamlets (Dawung and Sambireja) of the village of Bokoharjo and Prambanan, Sleman Regency. In striking contrast to other Classic-period sites in Central Java and Yogyakarta, which are remains of temples, Ratu Boko displays attributes of an occupation or settlement site, although its precise function is unknown.

Probably the site was a palace complex which belonged to the kings of Sailendra or Mataram Kingdom that also built temples scattered across the Prambanan Plain. The argument was based on the fact that this complex was not a temple nor building with religious nature, but a fortified palace instead which evidence of a remnant of fortified walls and the dry moat of defensive structures.

The remains of settlements also founds in Ratu Boko vicinity. This site is located 196 m above the sea level, on the highest point in the site, there is a small pavilion from which one will be able to see a panoramic view of Prambanan temple with Mount Merapi as the background.

Sewu

Sewu (Javanese: ꦱꦺꦮꦸ, romanized: Sèwu) is an eighth century Mahayana Buddhist temple located 800 metres north of Prambanan in Central Java, Indonesia.

The word for a Hindu or Buddhist temple in Indonesian is "candi," hence the common name is "Candi Sewu."

Candi Sewu is the second largest Buddhist temple complex in Indonesia; Borobudur is the largest. Sewu predates nearby "Loro Jonggrang" temple at Prambanan.

Although the complex consists of 249 temples, this Javanese name translates to 'a thousand temples,' which originated from popular local folklore (The Legend of Loro Jonggrang). Archaeologists believe the original name for the temple compound to be Manjusrigrha.

Telur Asin Dinobatkan Warisan Budaya Indonesia

Telur Asin Brebes Dinobatkan Jadi Warisan Budaya Tak Benda Indonesia

17 OKTOBER 2020

Mount Argopuro

The Argopuro mountain complex offers one of the longest and most isolated treks in Java with incredible scenery to match. Above the agricultural land (corn, cassava, tobacco, coffee, cocoa), at about 1,200m, the track enters tall, often moss/lichen/epiphyte-covered, lower-montane forest.

At higher altitudes (above about 1,800m), casuarina (Casuarina junghuhniana) dominates the upper-montane slopes; this specie is especially resistant to fires that are quite common. Extensive “button-grass” meadows occur in depressions.

Edelweiss (Anaphalis javanica) occurs in the sub-alpine zone around 2,600m and above. Many local hikers spend 4-6 days making the traverse and the 3-day trip is about a short as you can realistically make it.

The ruins of an ancient Hindu temple on Rengganis peak, named after Princess Rengganis who supposedly built the temple possibly as early as the 12th century, make for a mystical experience. The highest peak is Argopuro (3,088m) adjacent to Rengganis (3,066m). The track passes by the beautiful, secluded Danau Taman Hidup (Living Garden Lake) (2,000m).

The Rengganis/Argopuro peaks can be approached from either the towns of Baderan to the north-east or Bremi to the west. The Baderan ascent is more gradual although longer. This description starts at Baderan and finishes at Bremi.

Mursala Island

Mursala waterfall has a height of about 35 m from the hills that form steep cliffs. Because the location of the waterfall is located in the Mursala directly opposite the Indian Ocean then this waterfall flows directly into the sea . Waterfall as there are only a few in the world and in Indonesia we have 2 waterfalls like that , another one named Niagara Kahatola located in West Halmahera , North Maluku .

The flow of Niagara Mursala is derived from the flow shortest river in the world with a width of about 400 m , length 700 m and flows through granite rocks that are in the cliffs of the island and slid gushing down with a roar into the area of the sea , creating stunning views . Cliff – a cliff consists of granite rocks maroon.

Discharge water here is never dry even when the dry season. In fact, the flow of water here as very heavy so as to produce the sound of water is so strong. This waterfall empties into the Indian Ocean. While you’re here, you are walking in front of the Indian Ocean so blue sea panorama will spoil you.

Another uniqueness owned Mursala waterfall is a waterfall that is derived from the world’s shortest river flow . Besides the natural beauty of Indonesia appealed to the Hollywood movie makers to use it as a location for filming , one of the fil m King Kong (2005 ) . This film takes place in Mursala , Central Tapanuli , North Sumatra province , who described the island as a horrible place full of ancient animals .

Each island has several small resorts, usually consisting of a collection of huts for tourists, a small pool and restaurant. Most local inhabitants live on Trawangan in a township stretching along its east side just inland (which is also where most recent development is taking place).

Automobiles and motorised traffic is prohibited on the islands by local ordinance, so the preferred method of transportation is by foot and bicycle or the horse-drawn carriage called a cidomo. Diving in and around the Gilis is also popular due to the abundance of marine life and attractive coral formations.
